About Anna Koch, LPCC

My name is Anna Koch and I look forward to working with you. My background is in clinical mental health and rehabilitation counseling. I specialize in treating adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, adjustment to chronic illness, anger management, substance use, and relationship problems. I am a licensed counselor and certified rehabilitation counselor. I have worked in private practice and at the VA as a counselor.

When working together I take the time to get to know you, what you want to improve in your life, and develop a treatment plan that will help you reach your treatment goals. I am person-centered and work with you from a holistic perspective, using evidence-based treatments to best meet your needs.

My focus when working with you is to establish a safe space where you feel comfortable and understood. Therapy is a collaborative effort in which we work together to help you reach your goals. Our work together is geared toward improved self-understanding and developing tools to improve your life.
